I have gained over 2 years experience in the Project & Programme environment and I am PRINCE 2 qualified with proven knowledge and experience of the Project Life Cycle, OGC Gateway stages and review boards with a good understanding of Portfolio duties supporting multiple projects.

I have designed, drafted and implemented various PRINCE 2 based templates and other systems where necessary to improve and simplify business processes. 

I have composed agendas for meetings within the Project & Programme teams which included topics of interest, office moves and other business tasks.

I have designed and completed Highlight Reports.

I have gained financial planning experience and managed actual and forecasting information.

I have a strong background from using the following Project management tools:-

Milestone reviews for each project currently running, to find out where the project stage is, when this stage will be passed and who is solely running this project.

Business plans, for each project currently running in the department, this has enabled me to gain more of an understanding of these requirements.

Project Framework, or overview of the project, this includes Stage boundaries ore of an understanding of these requirements which allow for project tolerances.

Risk Analysis, which has included, RAG Status, highlight reporting, and template designs for each project risk register, which I solely designed using Microsoft Excel.

I have also designed the Issue logs for each project currently being run, and these have been monitored by me at Programme level.

Team Building, I have organised agendas for new members of staff to meet and get to know existing staff in the workplace.

Stakeholder Management, which includes, the suppliers and the users.  I have designed the Stakeholder Mapping information for each project running, again at Programme level.

Portfolio Management skills gained from supporting multiple Projects.

Excellent project support, IT and written and verbal communication skills

I have over 7 years experience in office administration based in Government.

I am reliable, punctual, have excellent communication skills and am both comfortable working within a team and on my own initiative. 

I gained experience in drafting responses via frequently asked questions to the Public and Ministers from Government based in a policy environment.

Aware of targets and deadlines set by departments within organisations.

Exceptional communication and teambuilding skills, Stakeholder management experience, and extensive knowledge of both written and oral communication with strong attention to detail.

I have excellent business research & analysis skills in both Project and Government based environments 

I obtained a good understanding in IT support as an ICT Focal point and helping colleagues and friends with various IT issues.
