Freelance creatives in all sectors, and at any career stage, are invited to join an unprecedented, 24-hour event that will celebrate the creative crowd on a global scale.
Speaking to FreelanceUK, One Day on Earth said its movement to get people in every nation to film their life on 10/10/10 would flourish with input from UK creatives.
In particular, freelance film makers will enrich the multi-platform media project, given it calls for people to Help document the world's story, of triumph or tragedy, in a single day.
But ODE says that the event will only be success if 'every perspective' imaginable is filmed, partly why a camera and internet connection are all that's needed to take part.
The resulting uploads will form an online time capsule-cum-film archive, and inspire a 120-minute documentary/DVD, on the contributors, their productions and their significance.
