I have 16 years' experience as a writer, working across a broad range of industries such as pharmaceutical/healthcare, financial services, beauty and fashion, electronic security, recruitment, HR/training, food and drink, and travel.
My work has been published in a wide number of national consumer and trade magazines/newspapers, and my in-depth, carefully researched and well-written features have received awards and recognition. But my skills expand beyond journalism, as I also write brochures, newsletters, information and patient leaflets, case studies, press releases, website content and in-house magazines for numerous blue-chip clients. In addition, I edit publications (commissioning other writers and designers as required), and provide ghostwriting and PR-related services.
I take a very flexible approach and I can adapt my style as necessary - from a factual/scientific style for medical journals to a PR/marketing tone for sales materials or a more creative approach for internal publications.
Accuracy, thoroughness and reliability are very important to me. I am consistently conscientious in my work and aim to always meet specific requirements and requests.
