My speciality is writing business-to-business material.
I have the ability to take complex information and produce copy that is clear, concise and easily understood by the target audience - particularly when dealing with technical subjects.
I have a flexible writing style with the aptitude to switch between both formal and informal styles to suit a variety of audience and I always meet deadlines.
I have written for an assortment of businesses, across a wide range of market sectors, and have experience in Information Technology, Telecoms, Energy, Insurance, Leisure, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing and Transport & logistics, as well as Business Services such as sales coaching and management consultancy.
I started my writing career working with the Editor of the Chartered Institute of Builders writing for their specialist magazine Chartered Builder and Campus Construction. In the early days, I also worked with Brooker & Howe Advertising agency, producing press releases that were broadcast through television and radio, as well as writing Advertorials, articles, brochure and direct mail copy.
Recent work has appeared in Computer Weekly, HR Gateway, Transport and Logistics Focus Sales & Marketing Professional, Edge Magazine, and First4Business.
