I am a journalist with 14 years' experience in both print, radio and TV, mainly with the BBC. With this background I can turn my hand to everything from preparing briefs for programmes to covering shifts in radio newsrooms.
I now write for local community and lifestyle magazines in South Wales. I write both original articles and 'advertorials'. I can compose content for websites, brochures and programmes. I understand not only how important PR is for companies, but also, how expensive it can be. I therefore offer an 'ad hoc' PR service where companies can use me to compose one-off press releases or help with a marketing campaign. I can also offer advice on getting the most out of your PR and present talks or workshops to SMEs and sole traders on how to get the best free publicity.
