Concise writing is the key to making manuals or online help easily understood by your audience. I don't waste time and money using too many words, particularly if my text is due for translation. I am not wasteful with resources and understand the need to control drafts, master copies, issues and their content.
I get personal satisfaction from taking complex material and making it easy to understand.
I have almost twenty years experience as a Technical Writer for various commercial, government and manufacturing groups but continue to learn each day as techniques and technology improve.
